Tropical Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 3 tbsp unflavoured whey protein powder
- ½ cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup (60 mL) 2% milk
- ½ tsp (2.5 mL) vanilla extract
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tbsp shredded unsweetened dried coconut
Directions
- Mix oats, protein powder, Greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract together in a bowl or container.
- Stir in mango chunks, cover, and place in the fridge overnight.
- When ready to eat, top with shredded coconut.
