Tropical Overnight Oats

Jars of overnight oats made with mango, coconut, and Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp unflavoured whey protein powder
  • ½ cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) 2% milk
  • ½ tsp (2.5 mL) vanilla extract
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tbsp shredded unsweetened dried coconut

Directions

  • Mix oats, protein powder, Greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract together in a bowl or container.
  • Stir in mango chunks, cover, and place in the fridge overnight.
  • When ready to eat, top with shredded coconut.
