Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 oz (57 g) cooked extra-lean ground beef
- 1 8-inch (20 cm) whole wheat flour tortilla
- ¼ cup (60 mL) no sodium added tomato sauce
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ cup fresh spinach
- 2 medium button mushrooms, sliced
- ½ medium red bell pepper, sliced
- ½ small onion, diced
- ¼ cup low fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place tortilla on a baking sheet.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over tortilla; sprinkle with dried oregano.
- Lay spinach over the tortilla.
- Add ground beef, mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
