Roast Beef and Cheese Wrap

Whole wheat wrap filled with roast beef, cheddar cheese, red bell peppers, cucumbers, and lettuce.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp (5mL) yellow mustard
  • 1 8-inch (20 cm) whole wheat flour tortilla
  • 2 oz (57 g) lean low sodium roast beef, sliced
  • 1 oz (28 g) low fat brick cheddar cheese, sliced
  • Optional: fresh vegetables such as lettuce, strips of cucumber or bell pepper

Directions

  • Drizzle or spread the mustard over the bottom half of the tortilla.
  • Lay the roast beef, cheese, and vegetables (if using) evenly over the mustard.
  • Starting at the bottom, roll the tortilla up to the top.
  • Slice in half and serve.
