Ingredients
- ⅓ cup (80 mL) 2% milk
- ¾ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ tsp (2.5 mL) vanilla extract
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp dry roasted sunflower seeds
Directions
- Pour milk into blender, followed by Greek yogurt, frozen strawberries and vanilla.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl; top with blueberries and sunflower seeds.
