Did you know that citation styles can and should be adapted appropriately when citing Indigenous Knowledge? The links below will outline how to proceed.
- Please note that the “cite tool” available in various databases for producing a citation is not always accurate. It may be a good starting point, but the database’s version of the citation needs to be checked for accuracy.
- A bibliographic management tool (e.g. Zotero, RefWorks, Endnote) can help you cite your sources and, as explained in the next section, manage them effectively.
