Background
Nicolas Martin Martin (MBA, Golden Gate University) is a proud NorQuest College alumnus and a passionate advocate for student success and engagement. Formerly serving as Success & Engagement Advisor at NorQuest’s International Office, he led signature programs such as the Emerging Leaders and Peer Mentorship initiatives, empowering hundreds of students to connect, lead, and thrive. Nicolas was recognized as a NorQuest Alumni Difference Maker (2025) and received the GGU Global Leadership Scholarship (2024). He currently serves as Career Development and Engagement Specialist at the University of Calgary’s School of Public Policy, where he continues to bridge education, leadership, and innovation. In addition, he works privately as an AI consultant for small and medium-sized businesses, helping organizations integrate technology that empowers people and enhances meaningful work.
