6. Atrium at the Administration Building

You decide to check out the Atrium in the Administration building, and text your group members to meet you there.

10 minutes later you wander into the Atrium. What a gorgeous space! Natural light! Classical sculpture! Foliage as far as the eye can see! And look at these comfortable seating options.

You meet up with your group mates and all settle in to some of the colourful benches.

“This place is so nice!” says one of your group mates.

“Seriously,” says another. “Maybe we should take a bit of a break and just chill out for a second.”

A little mental clarity never hurts, especially when you have hard work to do! You lean back to take a little rest, close your eyes, enjoy the sunshine streaming through the skylights, the smell of the plants…suddenly someone is tapping you on the shoulder.

“Excuse me,” says a custodian. “You seem to have fallen asleep…just to let you know, the building is about to close.”

You look around, and your group mates seem to have been equally comfortable and dozed off. What time is it?? You check your phone and it’s almost 5pm! You’ve been asleep over an hour!

You wake up your group mates and decide to just head home to work on your separate parts, since it’s gotten so late, and you all need dinner. You all head home to pull an all-nighter on your separate parts, and end up missing a whole part of the assignment! You manage to hand it in, but your professor hands it back to you and tells you to try again if you don’t want to fail. And you still haven’t studied for his midterm!
