3. Coffee and a Basketball Game

The resounding din of chatter, laughter, and eating fades as you walk out of the doors of Mac Hall and into the quad. With muffin and iced coffee in hand, you and your group head over to the gymnasium and find an amazing seat to watch the game.

A week and a half go by. You keep meaning to head to the library to borrow sources for your assignment but keep finding reasons to put it off until the next day. The night before the assignment is due arrives and you still haven’t begun. You end up pulling an all-nighter, never borrow anything from the library, and have to use random websites that pop up from a google search to find information to support your assignment’s argument.

You get an F on the assignment for using non-peer reviewed sources to support your argument. You also feel terrible after staying up all night.
