CHAPTER 5: YOUR WRITING WORLD
Your writing world is your writing mind.
Advocates for embodied cognition argue your mind extends beyond your brain; you think by acting upon your world. When you take the extended mind seriously, you recognize you can use your world to scaffold your mind. A deeper insight occurs if you recognize your world as part of your mind; you can change your mind by changing your world. Chapter 5 explores how you can change your writing by changing the world in which you write.
