Queer Theory, Queer Lives (WGST 4900 / SOCI 4850)

From Dr. Lenon’s fourth year seminar class, we have two entries. One, an abolitionist manifesto directed at the Pride movement, and the other, an in-depth course outline on Queering Musicology, written by Tomas Ota and Jessica Porter respectively. This course was cross-listed as both Women and Gender Studies and Sociology. The Undergraduate Calendar describes SOCI 4850 as: “Senior seminars involving intensive and rigorous study on a selected theme in social theory and/or methods.”
