The author of this textbook claims little credit compared to the pioneering thinkers, researchers, and educators whose work forms the foundation of this material (see the attribution sections for full details). Credit is also due to those working behind the scenes who support Open Educational Resources and help make projects like this possible. The author does, however, take pride in being a passionate educator, committed to helping students think more clearly, critically, and systemically about the world around them.
