Human Resources Management

Human resources management (HRM) is the function within an organization that is responsible for managing the people who work for the organization. This includes a wide range of activities, such as recruiting and hiring employees, developing and administering training programs, managing employee benefits, providing performance feedback and coaching, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

The primary goal of HRM is to create and maintain a productive, motivated, and engaged workforce that can help an organization achieve its goals.

This Module will provide you with the opportunity to explore the importance of human resources and their effective management in organizations.
