Subsumed within the BScN Clinical Assessment tool is a helpful document that describes the observable attributes of student performance. When thinking about whether a student on track for success or not, reflecting on the year-specific behavoiral cues is paramount. As such, it is expected that faculty use the same language of the clinical assessment competencies and behavioral cues. Please integrate behavoural cues into a performance improvement plan.
