Below is a summary of the chapters, which are original work and those which have been adapted or adopted. For all content that has been altered, the omissions and additions have been documented in this appendix. In cases where adapted content does not include a list of additions and omissions, the general ideas and content were unchanged from original sources but word choice, phrasing, and organization of content may have been edited to reflect the editor’s stylistic preferences.
