Conclusion

In conclusion, this chapter introduced the concept of community, the importance of community, community development, the meaning of community support work and its history, and the characteristics that CSWs require to help their clients. The chapter concludes with the categories of clients, workplaces, responsibilities, required skills, and strategies for the success of CSWs.
