Ikram Ibrahim envisioned this text and structured all eight chapters in detail. She wrote Chapter 3 and championed the creation of this resource.

Meena Gupta worked towards bringing Ikram’s vision to life, writing Chapters 1, 2, and 4–6.

Gayle St. Denis led the OER creation project to completion, writing Chapters 7 and 8, updating all the chapters of the text, and piloting the resource in the classroom.
